Have them drawn in our office during your appointment
Have us order the labs for you and have then drawn at any LabCorp location of your choice
Bring evidence of lab results within the past 6 months to your appointment
Labs are needed to screen for conditions such as diabetes, anemia, kidney disease, liver disease, and hypothyroidism.

Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Lipid Profile (cholesterol levels)
Hemoglobin A1C
Vitamin B12
HCG (for female patients)
