The real lifestyle change happened when I joined Chris for his outdoor womens only bootcamp! Never have I pushed myself so far, and been so proud of what I could accomplish. Logging my daily meals really helped me to see where I had been going off course a bit, and so that was a big eye opener. I met a couple great friends who I hope to stay in touch with too, but the most invigorating part was running the 5km's at the end of the 4 week camp. I couldnt believe the strength and endurance I had built! Prior to joining Chris I could hardly run around in the backyard w the kids and not get winded. Accomplishing that goal made me realize the sky is the limit. I run 3.5km , 1-2 time a week now and love the burst of energy it gives me to kick start my day! Im now down 17lbs, 3% body fat and a total of about 7 inches lost in just over 4 months. Im half way to my goal, but feel like Ive already accomplished more than I ever expected in so many ways. I know I wouldnt have had these results just slugging away at the gym on my own like I had been for years with no drive. Thank you Chris, I've found myself again, and cant wait to come back in August or Sept!!!

I decided after years of gaining weight and blaming it on "being in sales" and that "I have not time to workout" that I would consult a trainer to see what my options were. I worked with Chris who tought me the importance of a LIFESTYLE rather than what I have done before, "a calorie counting diet" that simply didn't last. I'd been overweight and unhappy with myself for years when I saw a flyer about a bootcamp in KW and decided to take action to change my life. So it was, that I went to my first bootcamp class with Chris Walker on January 5th, 2009. I weighed in at over 200lbs and huffed and puffed my way through the exercises. I've enjoyed the pace increase from class to class and the resistence training. Above all, I've loved that Chris and his team create an environment where anybody in any shape can feel comfortable and confident making this type of change. Since starting the class, I've found myself to be more centred, balanced and motivated in all aspects of my life. I've more energy for my kids, my work and have even secured a promotion within my
organization. With this program I see results that make me actually want to look in the mirror for the first time in about seven years, I've lost over 30 lbs, more than 10 percent body fat and I just feel good about myself. After many attempts at weight loss and very skeptical that anything can help her Cindy was able to find success losing 22 pounds in a few short months at the Women's Only Fitness Boot Camp. Cindy started off at 160 pounds and was only able to do 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. Through hard work Cindy was able to work her way up to 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups. This little spark plug joined the Women's Only Fitness
Boot Camp to tone up and improve her health. Kay started off only being able to do 10 push-ups and 20 sit-ups. In just one month Kay increased strength and toned and was able to do 30 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. In additon she lost an inch of her waist and 2 inches off her hips for a total of 3 inches. Way to go

Scott has been going to the YMCA for a while and just wasn't satisfied with his progress. Scott decided to get some personal training sessions to jump start his goals of gaining more muscle mass and lowering body fat. In just a couple months Scott was able to gain 4 pounds of muscle and lower his body fat by one percent. In addition he gained 1/2 inch on both arms and 11/2 inches on his chest for a total of 2 1/2 inches increase in size.
